Welcome to Prime Shorthairs. We are the Premier Kennel for German Shorthairs in Southwest Missouri. We sell two litters of German Shorthair pointer puppies per year and look forward to connecting you with your next hunting companion. We have 2 pairs of German Shorthairs that we will be pairing. Currently our litters are out of BO and Ellie. These GSP Puppies are unique in the fact that BO only throws SOLID colors. So these puppies will be all brown (Liver) or all black. They are gorgeous GSP pups and have a lean and muscular build. Both parents are excellent hunters.
Our upcoming litters will be pairings of Delta Von Den Sieben Sohnen and 2V’s Prime Gunda Faye. These are two gorgeous Liver Roan Shorthair puppies. Delta is out of Utah and Gunda is out of Oregon.

Purchasing Process

Our litters typically Pre-Sell before the puppies are born. So you will want to get your deposit placed on a Male or Female at east 1 litter in advance.
Our puppies are AKC Registered High Pedigree GSP’s.

Deposits require 50% down sent to Paypal User primeshorthairs@gmail.com
Deposits are non-refundable unless the puppy sex you chose is not available. We take 3 Male Deposits and 3 Female deposits. If we do not have those available, you will be fully refunded.
Prime Shorthair offers a guarantee that the puppy is healthy and free of serious infectious disease and requires that the buyer take the puppy to their own veterinarian to be examined within 72 hours of purchase. This is for the protection of both the buyer and the breeder.
It goes in order of deposits and payment. If you pay for the first Male, you get 1st pic. We have a set pickup date and buyers will pick their puppy upon arrival.
We do offer “Full Registration” at customers request. If you plan on breeding this GSP, you must purchase these rights for an additional $1,000.
Yes, you can transfer your deposit to another litter.
